Order Handling Time
All Orders for “Stock Products” will ship out within 72 hours (3 business days), Orders placed using Express Shipping (2nd Day Air or Overnight) will ship out same day if placed before 2pm EST, otherwise, your order will ship the following business day. We offer Rush Shipping options which speed up your order handling time. Expedited Shipping options can be selected during the checkout process.
Custom Orders

Custom orders can only be canceled within 5 days of placing the initial order.

A minimum of 25% of the total estimated cost will be required as a deposit before placing your custom order.

Requested changes to the item(s) that were not included in the original estimate may necessitate additional charges to the customer and will be added to the remaining balance.

Cancellation of a custom order, once the project has started or been completed, forfeits the return of prepayments and deposits for EWP-USA to recoup its costs and overhead incurred in the production of custom order. Due to the custom nature of these products unfortunately we must charge a 25% restocking fee should the order be cancelled for any reason.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as separate and new transactions. To make an exchange, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Send a photo of your damaged or incorrect items to sales@maxflowfluidsystems.com and one of our team members will promptly work towards sending you a replacement.
